As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to an elementary-aged child with autism, helping them build skills, confidence, and independence. What You’ll Do:
✔ Deliver ABA Therapy: Implement engaging, play-based interventions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
✔ Track Progress: Collect and record data to celebrate growth and success.
✔ Encourage Positive Behavior: Apply evidence-based strategies to reinforce learning.
✔ Create a Supportive Environment: Provide a safe, nurturing space where the child can thrive.
✔ Collaborate with Experts: Work alongside a dedicated BCBA and the child’s family to create the best outcomes.
✔ Stay Organized: Maintain clear and timely session notes.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week

    After school
    Weekends as needed
